OIlie’s set up has ¾ inch longer handle along with ¾ inch shorter blade. While this equates to the same size as a standard blade, Pope and many of his contemporaries feel this enables better pick-up and bat speed.
With a mid to low sweet spot that encourages sumptuous driving, along with a s harper more abrupt duckbill and modern s quare toe, this a unique blend of craftsmanship and thinking.
